The Leeds Elementary School Jump Rope Team continues to gain popularity and publicity. They performed last week at the Leeds Area Chamber of Commerce luncheon. Among their claim to fame, this group has been featured in at least two Jack’s television commercials over the last year or so. These students go all out with their jump rope skills including acrobatic acts while jumping rope and gave almost a six minute high energy workout performance which got rave reviews. We are so proud of these kids!
Also, Dr. Stephen Russell of UAB Moody shared information about his journey as an author of three fiction books that include Blood Money, Command and Control and Control Group. For more information, please visit www.authorstephenrussell.com.
