Celebrate Independence – Your Guide to Local Fireworks Shows and Celebrations

Local families dotted the lawn at the Village at Cook Springs on Tuesday, June 30 for the facility’s second annual fireworks show.

ST. CLAIR COUNTY



PELL CITY

Fireworks at Lakeside Park

Saturday, July 4 at 9 p.m.

2801 Stemley Bridge Road, Pell City 

This year’s fireworks show will begin at 9 p.m. on Independence Day and last approximately 30 minutes, with Pell City’s Sports Complex serving as the shooting-off point. The fireworks will be visible from the Sports Complex as well as Lakeside Park. As always, the spectacle can also be seen by boat from multiple vantage points throughout the lake. 


MOODY

Fireworks Extravaganza at Moody Municipal Park

Friday, July 3 at 9 p.m.

670 Park Avenue, Moody

This year’s dazzling display is sponsored by: City of Moody; Common Grounds Café; Hill, Weisskopf & Hill, PC; Sneaky Pete’s; The Gathering Place; and Watkins Trucking.


TRUSSVILLE

Trussville Freedom Celebration on the Mall

Saturday, July 4 from 6-9 p.m.

Between Oak Street and Lake Street in Historic Downtown Trussville

This year’s Freedom Celebration kicks off at 6 p.m. when rides, inflatables and vendors open, and great music from local artists will follow up at 7 p.m. Children’s activities will close at 8:30 p.m. to give families time to connect before the lights go out for the Fireworks Spectacular, scheduled for 9 p.m.


ASHVILLE

Tunes Around Town Music Festival

Saturday, July 4 from 9 a.m.-9:30 p.m.

Downtown 7th Avenue block

BB&T parking lot and field between Inzer Museum and Masonic Lodge. This all day music extravaganza features a full slate of local artists, and funds raised support the Ashville Band Boosters.
