Leeds/Moody News: Free rental available for restaurant development
Next Tuesday, Sept. 28, is National Good Neighbor Day. Being good neighbors is an important part of the social fiber that makes this country so great. We have become a society of being so busy that sometimes we don’t even know our neighbors or acknowledge them. Let’s all celebrate National Good Neighbor Day and take time to get to know our neighbors, if we don’t already know them.
Sept. is Better Breakfast Month. Many of us skip meals and breakfast is a popular meal to skip. Breakfast is actually the most important meal of the day because it sets our metabolism for the entire day. For those who are Hypoglycemic or who want to cut down on their daily intake, you can actually eat nothing but protein for breakfast and be much less hungry throughout the day than if you eat a carbohydrate breakfast (or a protein/carb combination). As many of you know, I am trying to cut down on my daily intake and eat healthier and my doctor wants me to eat half of my daily allowance at breakfast. That’s how important breakfast is, so let’s all make an effort to eat breakfast rather than skipping for the betterment of our health!
Ok, let’s get to what’s happening!
