Leeds Moody Messenger

Over the last couple of weeks, I have talked about volunteerism and joining something bigger than ourselves.  As we continue this topic, I would like to explore Everyone Leeds.  Everyone Leeds is a community website that began last year to bring everyone together.  It’s a place where you can find out what’s happening.  It’s a place where you can find a place to volunteer.  You can join a group, submit your upcoming event and more right there on their website at www. EveryoneLeeds.com.  If you do not already have a place to plug into and are not sure what’s available in the Leeds area, check out the organizations listed.  Let’s all work together to engage everyone in our local community, stay up to date with what’s happening and let Everyone Leeds help you promote your next event.  Also, please like their Facebook page!

Congratulations to Bill Morris, the Leeds Water Works Board and employees for being chosen the 2018 Water Taste Test State Winner.  This group works very hard to make sure the greater Leeds area has excellent water and we are very proud of them.
