A wildly dramatic and entertaining game was watched by Moody faithful at Bill Morris Stadium last Friday as visiting Walter Wellborn team erased a 22-point deficit with four unanswered second half touchdowns to take a 38-35 lead late in the fourth quarter. Trailing by three and with only 70 seconds remaining in the game, Moody quarterback Christian Weems threw a 48-yard fade to wide receiver Kyle Ivy to retake the lead and seal the Blue Devils’ victory.
