911 Board re-does responders

For portions of Moody, Argo, Trussville and eastern parts of St. Clair County, who receives your fire and EMS calls has been worked out.

Clear boundaries have been set up for those areas and local fire and paramedic services have been notified of the changes.

The next phase taken by the St. Clair County 911 Board will be the alterations of police jurisdictions.

The board noted there are a few spots in Pell City that do not have automatic mutual aid from neighboring fire and emergency outlets. The board noted every citizen in St. Clair is covered by fire protection in some way, either by automatic mutual aid or by individual departments calling out for mutual aid, if needed.
