Reli Settlement Solutions, LLC is pleased to announce the opening of their new Pell City branch. The office will be managed by Pell City native, Mechelle Neighbors, a highly respected member of the Alabama title insurance and closing community, with thirteen years of experience. The Reli Pell City office offers full title insurance and real estate settlement services. Founded and headquartered in Birmingham, Reli is Alabama’s largest title and closing firm with 14 offices. The company also has offices in Florida and Tennessee. Reli has seven full time real estate attorneys on staff and some of the most experienced title underwriters in the state. Reli’s goal is to make every real estate transaction a time of celebration and low stress for all parties. Reli is the only title and settlement company in Alabama to have achieved a SSAE16, SOC 1, Type 1 certification.
