Mrs. Opal M. Elliot was born on August 9, 1918 and grew up in Oneonta with her family during the Great Depression working as farmers.  She was married to Leon E. Elliott (deceased) and has two daughters (one deceased) and helped raise one of her three grandsons as well. She is the proud great grandmother to three wonderful children. She has lived in Cropwell for over forty years.

Opal is a loving mother, wife, sister and most of all, friend who is always there for those in need and we would like to wish her a very happy birthday on this momentous occasion of turning 100!
