Pell City graduate Barber receives $500 grant

Class of 2015 Pell City High School (PCHS) graduate Raven Barber received the Delta Omicron $500 Grant In Aid, presented annually to a PCHS graduate who plans to major in education.   

Mrs. Kelly Whittington, PCHS art teacher, is President of the Delta Omicron chapter of Delta Kappa Gamma. 

Delta Kappa Gamma is an international society for key women educators. The local chapter, Delta Omicron, emphasizes educational excellence and offers programs throughout the year for current and retired educators in the region.
