The Moody Area Chamber of Commerce announced its annual Oktoberfest set for Oct. 3. The festival will be held at the Moody City Park.

Oktoberfest is an annual German Heritage event. This year’s festival will feature live entertainment, arts and craft vendors, food, pony rides, inflatables and more. Businesses can sign up to have a booth at the festival. Applications are due Sept. 11.

There were concerns over the festival taking place due to the ongoing COVID pandemic, however the city approved funding for the event.
