January Steele Teacher of the Month
Coach Clint Hathcock was named Teacher of the Month for January at Steele Junior High School. Mayor Roger Adams presented him with $50 to use toward classroom supplies.
Coach Hathcock has been teaching for ten years, seven of those at Steele. Besides teaching physical education, he is the volleyball and boys’ basketball coach. He is planning to spend his award on physical education equipment.
His interests outside of school include history, art (drawing), fishing and of course, sports.
