The Springville Middle School Jr. Beta Club Turned Springville Pink with more than 700 shirts sold and proceeds that will be donated to UAB Cancer Research.
Springville Elementary School had St Clair County School Board Superintendent, Dr. Mike Howard, on hand to officially welcome new principal, Mr. Chuck Longshore on October 21st.
The Springville Lady Tigers Varsity Volleyball Team competed in the AHSAA Regional Tournament on October 21st in Huntsville at the Von Braun Center and finished out their season after falling to Buckhorn High 0-3.
The Cross Country Track Team, Boys and Girls are St Clair Co. XC Champions. Congrats to individuals, Beth Ann Tucker and Jake Harned for winning the individual championships.
The SHS Key Club is taking orders for poinsettias through November 2nd. Call the school to place an order or email amanda.umphrey@sccboe.org
The Springville Library now offers Small Group Preschool Storytime at the library on Tuesdays OR Thursdays at 12:00. Attendance will be limited, so be sure to reserve your space now. Stories will be the same on both days. Children will receive bagged take-home crafts. Snacks will not be provided at this time.

Springville Pediatrics is hosting the 2nd Annual Fall Festival, Saturday, October 31st at Big Springs Park from noon until 3PM.

Springville Parks and Recreation

Springville Library
The Springville Public Library is now open to the public by appointment, Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM. Curbside Service remains available, Monday-Friday, 1:30 PM – 4:30 PM.
Springville Library will also continue to provide “Mystery Bags” for patrons upon request. Call to make an appointment for browsing, limited computer usage, or curbside pickup.
Main Building Appointments: 467-2339, Children’s Annex Appointments: 467-7261. Copy/fax services, activity room, and meeting spaces are not available. Please return ALL items to book drops outside. Patrons are responsible for maintaining a safe social distance. http://www.springvillealabama.org
Springville Senior Center
The Springville Senior Center will be closed due to the COVID-19 Pandemic until further notice.
Springville Preservation Society
The Springville Preservation Society is taking reservations for use of the historic “Little House” located adjacent to the Police Department for events or meetings.
