Moody Jr. High 8th Grade Basketball County Champions

Moody Jr. High 8th grade basketball team earned the title of County Champions last week at the St. Clair County Jr. High Basketball Tournament held at Ragland. 

Moody’s 7th grade team lost a close game to Springville to finish second. 

Moody’s 8th grade team got the big win over Springville 38 – 35.  Moody finished with a record of 16 – 1 with their only loss coming to Odenville.

Davion Dozier had 12 points and Carson Dillashaw had 13 points in the hard fought 38 – 35 over county rival in the championship game. 

Mason Myers, Caden Helms, Davion Dozier, and Carson Dillashaw all made the All County team.  Carson Dillashaw was the Tournament MVP.
