Fourth Friday’s Downtown Pell City to start back

Downtown Pell City is the place to be on the Fourth Friday of every month March- October. There will be free music from local groups and a “Cruise-in” car show at the Courthouse. Lawn chairs and picnic blankets are welcome. Many of the downtown shops will be open late and offering special discounts.

This is the 2nd year for the 4th Friday’s Downtown Pell City and another chance for some great free family fun. H & R Block is the first business to jump on board as sponsor of our 1st 4th Friday.

The 4th Friday events will include food vendors selling funnel cakes, fried Oreos, lemonade and more! We invite all antique and show car owners to come show off their most impressive rides. We are looking for informational, retail and food vendors. Jamison Taylor coordinates the Courthouse performances, and he is always looking for new acts or anyone interested in performing.  4th Friday’s run from 5:30 to 8:00 P.M. and will continue through October 2014. “We invite you & your family to spend 4th Friday’s with us downtown Pell City and enjoy some local shopping, music, food and fun” said Chamber Director, Erica Grieve.

4th Friday’s Downtown Pell City is organized by the Greater Pell City Chamber of Commerce’s

Downtown Committee. The Vendor registration fee is $10 and vendor applications can be found at the chamber office or on our website at: www.pellcitychamber.com.
