A grand jury has indicted Mark Lyle Massey, 20, of Trussville; Richard Allen Holloway, 18, of Leeds; Duel Wayne Pope, 21, of Leeds; and Nicholas Bell, 20 of Trussville for the murder of 18-year-old Robert Joseph Denton, of Moody.

Denton was shot and killed by the homeowner after three of the men allegedly entered a trailer on Pioneer Way in the Trail’s End community in February.

The suspects are charged with murder because Denton was killed during the course of a robbery that all five men were a part of in some way.

A trial date has not been set for those charged.
