Today beginning at 8 a.m. a volunteer corps along side a dozen volunteer Benjamin Moore employees will be repainting Kids Kastle at Lakeside Park.

City dignitaries including Mayor Bill Hereford and Bubba Edge, Parks and Recreation Director, will be joining in throughout the day to help.

Eleven years of wear and tear have taken their toll on the Kids Kastle since it was first built. Equipment throughout the playground is in need of a new coat of protective stain.

Benjamin Moore is donating all the deck and siding stain products for the project, totaling over 100 gallons for the revitalization.
