Jake Lane plans to announce his candidacy for the Republican nomination for Alabama State Senator representing District 11 on November 16 at a Campaign “Kick-Off” Event, which is being held at Celebrations in Pell City.   

Lane, a lifelong resident of Cropwell, Ala., has built his campaign on the platform of giving a voice and most importantly, giving the power back to the people of Alabama’s Senate District 11. 

“It is with a great deal of humility and overwhelming honor that I announce my candidacy for Alabama Senate to represent the great District 11. The time has come for change in Montgomery. It is now time to build Alabamian’s back up and put the power and voice back into their hands which is exactly what I intend to do!” Lane said. 

Lane is a former Railroad Conductor and Engineer at Norfolk Southern Railway and currently works as an Investigator at Wettermark & Keith Law Firm. He and his wife Maggie have three children and currently reside in Cropwell, Ala. 

The Committee to Elect Jake Lane to Alabama Senate District 11 is hosting a Campaign “Kick-Off” Event, which is free to the public, on November 16 at 6 p.m. at Celebrations in Pell City.
