First Baptist Church Trussville will host its 3rd Annual Women’s Conference Friday, Jan. 31, and Saturday, Feb. 1, 2025, at the church (128 N. Chalkville Road in Trussville).

Featured speaker for this year’s conference will be Lisa Allen of Proverbs 31 Ministries. Allen will speak on “God’s Handiwork” and will cover topics such as “Your Creative Wiring,” “Your Kingdom Calling,” and “How to Walk Out Biblical Community.”

Allen comes with a combined two decades of non-profit leadership with Proverbs 31 Ministries, as well as leadership of a staff of a large church as a women’s director. These 20 years of experience give her a unique connection to and understanding of women of faith, women pursuing faith and women desiring to walk out their faith authentically. Allen has received certifications for Enneagram Training, Team Coaching, DISC Personality Profile and Gallup StrengthsFinder. She is the author of “What you Value is Valuable,” which she uses to help people identify and live their values.

Registration is now open. Reservations are available at an “early bird” rate of only $55 through Nov. 24. The cost is $65 after that date. Registration includes all conference materials, conference t-shirt, dessert bar on Friday night and breakfast on Saturday morning.
