For the past two decades, Springville Café has been a staple in the Springville community. It is known as the place where “Springville meets to eat.” This Thanksgiving, it can become staple in your own home while creating a new holiday tradition.
The restaurant offers catering services year-round, but families can especially take advantage of the café’s holiday catering during the winter months. The holiday menu consists of all the traditional dishes, while providing customers the opportunity to customize their order, as well.

“We have our specialties on the menu, but we can make whatever you want, for as many people as you want,” General Manager Michelle Williams said. “We can cater for just your family, or your extended family and friends, we can do whatever you need.”
Customers can choose among a variety of main dishes, sides and desserts. The staff is able to work with customers to create custom dishes. The options are almost limitless as to what Springville Café can make for a catering order.
“If you want it, we can make it,” Promotional Director Monica Keith said. “Even if it’s not on the menu, if the kitchen staff can learn how to make it, we will do that for you.”
Meals should be ordered in advance and can be picked up the day before Thanksgiving.
For the main dish, turkey, ham, and chicken and dressing are available. Sides can include an array of casseroles, including their very popular squash casserole. The dessert menu includes homemade pumpkin and pecan pies and banana pudding.
All dishes are prepared at the restaurant, using locally grown produce and the highest quality meat products.
Catering has always been a part of the services offered by the restaurant, and it is not just limited to family gatherings. Work and church holiday events create the perfect opportunity to use Springville Café catering. The staff at the café has years of experience catering on holidays to businesses in the area.
“We cater to all different shifts to make sure each company gets all their employees served,” Keith said. “It’s a great way for us to give back to the community during the holidays.”
The hot bar items are fresh and made-from-scratch daily. The restaurant uses locally grown vegetables, quality meats and homemade desserts. They have a daily lunch bar Monday through Friday and Sunday and an All-You-Can-Eat Seafood Buffet on Fridays from 5-9 p.m. The hot bar menu changes daily. On Saturday, the café offers an all-you-can-eat breakfast bar. The breakfast bar has a variety of southern favorites, such as biscuits and gravy, cheese grits, scrambled eggs, hash brown casserole, fried potatoes with smoked sausage, onions and bell peppers, a fruit bar and much more.
