Dogs of Summer

Mays Bend resident Bruce Canoles, author of the well-received book Dogs of Summer, will speak on his research and writing during a fundraiser for the Literacy Council of Alabama on May 15.

For $35, attendees will be treated to a reception with the author and be provided with an autographed copy of Dogs of Summer. The event will take place at Pell City CEPA on May 15 from 6-8 p.m.
