29th annual Creek Bank Festival in Leeds!

The 29th Annual Creek Bank Festival, set for Saturday, May 18 from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m. at the scenic Leeds Veterans Memorial Park with a rain date secured for May 25.

Prepare to be entertained with a spectacular lineup of stage performances featuring local favorites like Lynnox, Evan Riley, the incredible Elvis Tribute Artist – Terry Padgett, and the lively Wingnuts, rock ‘n roll specialists performing covers of hits from the 60s, 70s and 80s.

The day’s festivities will offer something for everyone. Indulge in festival food, and explore more than 125 vendor booths showcasing arts, crafts and more. Activities include face painting, balloon artistry, pony rides, kiddie train rides, hula hoop contests and a rubber ducky race.

Special highlights include the Knights of Columbus Leeds Council 5597’s generous giveaway of a 65-inch television—absolutely free. Just pick up your ticket at their booth and get a chance to win big as a thank-you for supporting their charitable efforts throughout the year.

For canine lovers, the Creek Bark Dog Pageant will showcase dogs of all sizes and shapes, with awards and treats for the winners in various categories. All participating dogs must be up-to-date on vaccines.

Official Creek Bank Festival tees will be available at the Chamber of Commerce tent for just $15 in various sizes.

Another major highlight of the festival is the 8th Annual Cruising the Creek Bank Charity Car Show which will commence from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. More than 300 cars, trucks and bikes will cruise in to raise money for Leeds Outreach and Backpack Buddies, two local, well-known organizations that provide food and other items for those in need. Registration is $10 and custom-made trophies will be given for the Top 30 with some specialty awards. This event is sponsored by C & C Motor Company and is open to all vehicles, motorcycles and 4WD.
