Fairview Baptist Church in Ragland will have their annual Homecoming Sunday, May 22 beginning at 10 a.m. and continuing in the afternoon. It’s an all-day event, Canaan Land Group of Clanton will be the guest singers. Attendees will break at noon for a “pot-luck” dinner and fellowship. Please bring your favorite food and drinks to share. The church will provide the tableware. Attendees will reconvene after dinner for singers in the afternoon. Pastor Wayne Arnold and church family invite everyone.

Congratulations to my great-grandchildren, Eleanor and Llewelyn Kemp (twins), who will graduate from preschool in Bethlehem, GA May 20! They are the children of my grandson, Kiley Kemp of Atlanta, GA and Lori Kemp of Bethlehem, GA. and they are grandchildren of my daughter, Ramona Scott-Kemp of Covington, GA.

Happy birthday to Ethan Coker, May 21, also, my great-great niece, Sydnee Hill, May 21, my great-great niece, Avery Hill, May 23, and my great-grandchildren, Eleanor and Llewelyn Kemp, May 24!
