There’s a new head football coach at SCCHS but he is no stranger to the school or to the sport. Coach Brooks Dampeer has served as the offensive coordinator for the Saints the past two seasons and was formally named SCCHS Coach last Monday. Coach Dampeer will replace Matt Glover who has accepted a position in the Jefferson County School System. Coach resides in Odenville with his wife, SCCHS Athletic Trainer Emily Dampeer, and they have two children. Congrats Coach and we look forward to football season. GO SAINTS!
SCCHS band has received an invitation to perform at the New Year’s Day parade in London, England on January 1, 2020. This is a very prestigious event and a huge honor for the band members and recognition of their hard work and dedication throughout the year.
Several fundraisers are planned over the upcoming months to help reduce the cost to the students in the hopes that every band member will be able to make the trip.
Please consider supporting one, several, or all of the upcoming events. Your support can help make this once in a lifetime opportunity come true for students in our hometown.
