Katie Whitfield, a senior at Springville High School, and Shannon Lee, a sophomore at Springville High School delivered 77 stockings to the grateful residents at the Diversicare of Pell City nursing home. Donations were received from the Springville High School Family, Careers, and Community Leaders of America (FCCLA) and the PEO chapter.

FCCLA members made 70 personalized cards for the residents. Katie started this service project three years ago as she noticed many residents had little to no visits around the holiday season. Residents were very grateful and surprised to receive a little Christmas cheer.
