Students displayed their finished projects in the classroom and hallways.

Odenville receives grant to improve middle school

Odenville Middle School was the recipient of a grant from BB&T this past school year. Not only did the bank provide funding for several school improvement projects, they also arranged for local employees to supply the manpower needed to complete the projects,” said Margi Pitts, Odenville Middle School receptionist.

“The grant allowed OMS to purchase a custom door wrap, six benches for our courtyard, paint, as well as flowers and pine straw for landscaping,” Pitts said. “OMS would like to thank BB&T for their commitment to enriching our school community. We can never thank our volunteers and BB&T enough for our school improvements.”
