A Leeds man has been charged with drug trafficking after investigators found a large-scale marijuana growing operation.
Jamison Tyler McClurg, 30, of Leeds was arrested during the investigation. He was charged with drug trafficking, tampering with evidence, attempting to elude, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Several pounds of marijuana was located along with 16 large marijuana plants were confiscated by investigators with the St. Clair County Sheriff’s Office narcotics division.
McClurg is being held in the St. Clair County jail in Pell City with no bond.
