The Community Foundation of Greater Birmingham (CFGB) is currently working on an important strategic planning process, and the organization is returning to St. Clair County to hear from the community.
On Monday, May 14 from 5:30-7:30 p.m. in the CEPA shelter, CFGB staff invites the public to be a part of a vital conversation regarding the future of St. Clair County. Your input and vision for the community is invaluable as the Foundation considers the ways it can fulfill its mission to be a vehicle to ignite passion for transformational change in the region.
“The Community Foundation recently supported CEPA’s 2018 Capital Campaign “Every Seat: Every Word” to upgrade technology in the theater, and we could not be more grateful for its support,” stated CEPA Director Jeff Thompson. “CEPA Management, in recognition of the Foundation’s ability to make lasting improvements in our area, would like to personally invite all community stakeholders to participate in this discussion.
Refreshments will be served at the event. There is no cost to attend, but the Foundation requests that those who plan to be there RSVP to provide a head count for seating. Please contact Katie Dean at kdean@cfbham.org or 205-327-3803.
The Foundation would like to hear from representatives across St. Clair County. This is one of six community conversations CFGB is hosting across the region. For information about other events, please visit cfbham.org/community-voices/ .
