The Springville Public Library received a visit from children’s author, Ann Dorer, who wrote “The Gingerbread Man” for Storytime, Wednesday, July 12. Storytime at the Springville Library is every Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. and includes a story, craft and snacks.
The Springville Youth Soccer Association will hold online soccer registration until August 5 at quickscores.com/sya. There will be an in-person registration on August 5 at First Baptist Church of Springville soccer fields located on Terry Street, across from Dollar General.

The Springville Antique Mall will celebrate its 10 year anniversary with refreshments, prize drawings and discounts every Saturday in July. Hours are Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. and Sunday 1- 5 p.m.
The Springville High School Basketball Team is hosting “Tiger Basketball Camp,” July 24-27 from 9 a.m. until 12 p.m. for grades first through sixth. Cost is $50. Contact (205) 467-7833 to register.
The Big Springs Park Splash Pad will be open Tuesdays through Saturdays from 10 a.m.-7p.m. and on Sundays from 1 p.m.- 5 p.m. Cost is $1 per person; children three years and under are free.
The Springville Farmers Market on Main Street (across from PNC Bank) will be open until November 11 every Friday from 3 – 6 p.m. and Saturdays from 8 a.m. -12 p.m. with booths from local produce, arts, and craft vendors.
