APRIL HISTORIC WALKING TOUR: Every Saturday in April. Historic Downtown Pell. 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. Registration at Pell City City Hall. Learn more about the origins and history of Pell City. Hosted by The Heart of pell City in conjunction with the Alabama Board of Tourism.

“Tie One On For Success” An initiative to put a new or gently used tie in the hand of every 8th grade male in the St. Clair County School System. Tuesday: Free Septic Tank Pump-out Workshop. 5:30 p.m. ALFA Farmers Federation building in Ashville. Call the St. Clair County Conservation District to pre-register at (205) 338-7215. $250 vouchers towards a septic tank being pumped out will be available on a first-come, first-served basis to residents who complete the workshop.
