The Church at Bradford Road sponsored “Show Sum Love Day” where the members helped make improvements and cleaned up the school grounds and the Springville city sign.
The Springville Preservation Society will be selling Christmas Cards featuring the historical artwork of resident Clay Allison from his “Paint the Town” series. All proceeds benefit the Springville Historical Society. The cards include envelopes and can be previewed on the Springville Preservation Society’s Facebook page at facebook.com/springvillepreservation.

The Springville Police Department is hosting a firearms safety class for the public, Oct. 29. The cost of the class is $50, the fee includes firearms laws, weapon safety and weapon use. The Springville Cross Country Track Team is hosting The costume Tiger Pride 5K Run and 1 Mile Fun Run,will be held this Saturday, Oct. 29.

The Springville Civil Air Patrol meets every Tuesday from 6 – 8:30 p.m. at the National Guard Armory. The age requirement is 12-18 years of age and adults may also join as senior members. Cadets learn leadership skills, aerospace, character development, as well as team work. Cadets also learn piloting skills.
