Know The Truth Before You Vote on March 1

It might seem early to be saying this, but I want to extend a huge “Thank You” to everyone who has been so kind and shared my personal posts and campaign posts. I also want to thank all my supporters for the spoken and written messages of encouragement, both in person and on social media. Your support means a great deal, and especially now with the Primary date of March 1 looming near.

Though the timing for saying “Thank You” might seem early, I just want to stress to each of you how much you are still needed in this campaign. We have to get the message to the voters that the same old political shenanigans are taking place, and voters shouldn’t believe everything they are being told by the opposition.

Claims have been made that the current County Commission members lack dedication to the good of the citizens, and are dishonest and deceitful. I would ask you to take a careful look at those making these claims to decide which one is dishonest and deceitful, and who is working for their own agenda and ignoring the best interests of the county.

Do your research, find the true facts (not the made-up and doctored ones!) and be sure you know which side of the story you want to be on in the end.

There was a reason the citizens voted out our previous Chairman and there is a reason he doesn’t need to be put back in office. A vote for me will be a vote for a Commissioner who will not turn on the citizens of our county nor make false accusations and present non-factual information as the truth.Lies and half-truths are not the route I will take to win your trust!

I took an oath when I placed my hand on my father-in-law’s preaching Bible and was sworn into office in 2014, to uphold the best interests of all the citizens of St. Clair County, and I have done that to the best of my ability. If you elect me for a full four-year term, I won’t make outrageous political promises I can’t keep.I will simply promise to continue to do what I have been doing since Nov. 2014 – working for the betterment of the citizens of St. Clair County.

Again, thank you for your support and your encouragement, and I would appreciate your vote on March 1.
