Saturday, Dec. 12, the annual City of Moody Christmas Parade cruised down U.S. 411. 

Thousands looked on as A Candyland Christmas delivered treats and smiles to eager children, all waiting for a glimpse of Santa. This year’s grand marshal was St. Clair County Economic Development Council Chair Joe Kelly.
