What got you started: “Everyone plays football in Alabama! My brother played before me, and I followed in his footsteps.”

What is your biggest accomplishment in football?

“Making the state playoffs and being selected to the All-County team.”

What one or two things do you currently do in your training that are keys to your success?

“I focus heavily on film study.”

What would be your ultimate achievement?

“To become 5A state champions.”

What is your diet like?

“A lot of meat and ketchup.”

What one or two things do you believe differentiates you from those you compete against?

“I believe it is my pregame preparation and my passion for the game.”

What was the best advice you were ever given?

“Pursue Christ above all else.”

Where do you draw your inspiration from?

“My faith in Jesus Christ.”

Besides your current head coach, who was or is your best coach and why?

“My Dad (Coach Mike Staggs) because he taught me much more than just football.”

“I would share it with my family, pay for myself to go on an around-the-world race, and give to the church.”

“Jesus, His disciple John, and Abraham Lincoln.”

If you could do one thing to change something happening in the world, what would you do to change it?

“Share the Gospel with all people.”

If you were down to your last $20, what would you spend it on?

“A ride to a job interview.”
