A California father’s song to his dying son has gone viral, receiving more than 5 million views on YouTube as of Friday. 

Chris Picco’s wife Ashley died November 8 and their newborn son Lennon James, delivered by emergency cesarean section, died three days later.

On a memorial page for his wife, Picco posted that “Ashley would often feel Lennon moving to music so I brought my guitar today and gave him a little concert.” 

The video shows Picco playing guitar and singing “Blackbird,” alongside his son’s incubator.
