Police in the United Kingdom have released dramatic footage of shopkeeper Muhammed Maqsood, 63, fighting off a would-be robber who was wielding a 3ft machete.

According to mirror.co.uk, Maqsood lost part of a finger but won the fight. His assailant left empty-handed.
