Funeral services for Shawn E. Sweatt, age 40, Pell City, will be Thursday, Feb. 20, at 2 p.m. from the chapel of Kilgroe Funeral Home.  Interment will be in St. Clair Memorial Gardens.

The family received friends from 6-8 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 19, at the funeral home.  

Mr. Sweatt died Feb. 17, 2014.  Surviving are his widow, Jamye Howell Sweatt; son, Jackson Howell Sweatt; daughter, Hannah Rose Sweatt; mother, Peggy Sweatt; brother, David (Kati) Sweatt; sister, Tammy (Danny) Wright; and several nieces and nephews.

His father, Chester Sweatt, died earlier.
