Schools in  Pell City and St. Clair County have been closed early due to winter weather conditions across the county.

Pell City Schools close at noon today.

St. Clair County schools also close at noon today.  Buses will not be running for St. Clair County.  Parents are responsible for picking up their students.

Officials across the county are urging everyone to stay in doors.  If it is necessary to be out on the roads, they ask drivers to take as many precautions as possible
