Hyche-Harper
Mr. and Mrs. Chris Hyche of Pell City, Alabama announce the engagement of their daughter, Heather Lynn, to Matthew Shane Harper, son of Mr. and Mrs. Donald Guy Harper, Jr., also of Pell City.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Bennie Joe and Marlyn Hyche of Pell City, and Don and Peggy Rowland of Gastonia, North Carolina.
Heather graduated from the University of Alabama in 2008 with a degree in Human Development & Family Studies and from Jacksonville State University in 2011 with a Master’s Degree in Elementery Education. She is employed as a fifth grade teacher with the Pell City School System.
The bride-groom is the grandson of Katie Harper and the late Donald Guy Harper, Sr. and Barbara Guthrie and the late Jimmy Dickey, all of Pell City.
Matt graduated from Pell City High School in 2002. He was a member of Alpha Kappa Lamba fraternity at the University of Alabama. He manages his family’s business, Electrical Enclosure Manufacturing in Pell City.
The wedding is planned for Saturday, December 28, 2013, at 2 p.m. in Birmingham, Alabama, at Riverchase Church of Christ. Formal invitations will be sent
