The Outlet Shops of Grand River has been recognized by “Retail Traffic,” the nation’s leading trade publication authority on retail real estate trends, as a winner in the New Open-Air Center category in the publication’s 22nd Annual Superior Achievement in Design & Imaging Awards.
Developed by Daniel Corporation, one of the southeast region’s most active real estate development, management and investment firms, and CMH Architects, a leader in the design of key trends in retail development, The Outlet Shops of Grand River was designed and constructed according to a strict set of environmental criteria including the consideration of land, water and wildlife elements. The property is the first development in the state of Alabama to have earned registered membership of the Audubon International’s prestigious Gold Signature Sanctuary Program.
“We’re proud The Outlet Shops of Grand River has been nationally recognized by our industry peers for our innovative design and detailed architecture,” said Daniel Corporation Vice President of Development and Marketing Doug Neil. “We approach all projects utilizing nothing but the highest standards for development and are thrilled to be applauded for our efforts.”
