Football or baseball?:  “That’s a tough decision.  I’d probably say baseball.  I’m a little better at it.”

Why he enjoys football:  “I love the feeling on Friday nights.  The crowd, the emotion on the field, and playing with my teammates.”

Offense or defense?:  “I like playing offense this year because I have the ball in my hand every play.  Last year I liked defense more.”

The team he’d most like to beat this season:  “Appalachian.  No doubt.  That’s definitely one of our big rivalries in football.”  Ragland won last year’s contest 21-14.

After high school:  “College. hopefully on a baseball scholarship.”
