A variety of local and national Christian artists will take Pell City by storm during the IGNITE ’11 concert, scheduled for 1 to 9:30 p.m. Aug. 13 near downtown Pell City.

This free event is presented by Extreme Ministries, First Priority of Alabama and 93.7 WDJC radio, and a wide variety of local churches will operate booths during the event.

Performing throughout the day will be 33 Miles, Shonlock, Finding Favour, The Homecoming, Act of Congress, Followthrough and the winner of the Pure Praise praise band workshop.

Attendees are encouraged to bring blankets, lawn chairs and coolers of non-alcoholic drinks for the event.
