Indictments have returned on the 19-year-old Leeds man who caused a fatal accident last month on Highway 280.

Manley Ray Williams was indicted on three counts of reckless murder and one count of first-degree assault as a result of the Nov. 12 crash.

According to authorities, Williams ran a stop sign at the intersection of Shelby County 55 and Highway 280, killing 32-year-old Jessica Fields, and her sons, John Clay Fields, 8, and Tony Ray Fields, 9.

Her 12-year-old daughter Angelia Fields was also injured in the wreck, prompting the first-degree assault indictment.

Williams is being held on $1.6 million bond, and is scheduled for arraignment early next year.
