Senior Laci Driggers pitched 10 strikeouts in seven innings March 12 as the Leeds Lady Green Wave pounded Walter Wellborn, 10-1.  The win was Miss Driggers’ second of the season.

“We played a lot better defense behind our pitcher, and we finally hit together as a team,” coach Natalie Hyde said. 

Junior Kaylynn McCombs had one hit and one RBI, and freshman Abbie Ellison, sophomore Markie Olsen, and Shelby Jo Ashley had two hits each.
