Well we have finally gotten a little bit warmer in Odenville. That cold spell was not fun at all. I hope you all got through it with your pipes intact.

We at the Library have been very busy. We are getting geared up for our new software launch on February the first. It is really going to improve the way we do things at the4 Library. Stay tuned for more info on what this will entail and on what having this new software will do to improve your visit. We also now have Ancestry.com ask about it at the circulation desk.

If you have noticed that the Library looks a little brighter it is because we have installed new energy efficient light. This has been a great improvement and we also have gotten new light switches in the bathrooms that turns the lights on automatically by way of motion sensor. There is no need to touch the light switch. How cool is that!

Make sure to come in and check out some of the improvements. I would also like to encourage you all to check out some of our programs at the Library. We just finished a healthy cooking class and we still are doing Book Club , Art Club and Crochet/Needlework.
