The 2010 U.S. Census will kickoff in early spring. Applications and testing for part time, temporary jobs is now underway throughout St. Clair County.

Residents of St. Clair County can apply and test at any of the locations.

Sites for the week of Thursday, January 7 through January 13 are as follows:

* Ashville City Hall, January 7 at 1p.m.

* Pell City Civic Center, Jan. 9 at 11a.m.

* Riverside City Hall, Jan. 11 at 5p.m.

* Argo Town Hall, January 12 at 1p.m.

* Ragland City Hall, January 13 at 1p.m.

Applicants must bring their valid drivers license and original social security card, or U.S. passport. Veteran claiming preference should bring a copy of their DD214.
