Springville 61, Etowah 61-24

After two wins and a loss at an Oak Mountain tournament to start their season, the Lady Tigers defeated Etowah 61-24.

Springville was able to put up 19 to Etowah’s 5 in the first and went into the half leading 33-13. The Lady Tigers had 17 points in the third and 11 more in the fourth period.

Kayla Tremble lead the team with 16 points and had six rebounds and seven steals while swatting away one Etowah shot; Jordyne Buckner had 14 points, five rebounds and five steals while Molly Lindsey scored eight points and had four steals.
