Students who were in attendance every minute of every day, including no check-ins or check-outs received an astonishing reward during the end of year awards ceremonies at Walter M. Kennedy Elementary School on Wednesday, May 23.

The law firm of Trussell, Funderburg, Rea & Bell donated four bikes to the students who were able to reach this goal.

“We know children are the future of our community and see how valuable school attendance is to their education,” said Attorney Lance Bell. “We are honored to be able to recognize these four students for their accomplishment and hope to motivate others to strive to do the same.”
