Two arrests made in Burglary in Progress in Pell City

A burglary in progress led to two arrests and the recovery of a large amount of stolen property. 

On April 11, the St. Clair County Sheriff’s Office received a call about a burglary in progress on Old Coal City Rd. in Pell City. Two suspects were found behind the building on the property in a pickup truck, loaded with the victim’s personal property.

The suspects, David Grant Trammell, 34 of Ragland and Lacy Lynn Rick, 33, of Lincoln were arrested on scene and taken to the St. Clair County Jail in Pell City.

After further investigation, this arrest lead to a large amount of stolen property being recovered in Talladega County.
