Set aside the garden hose this weekend and get your car washed for a good cause.

Wash for Life will take place Saturday from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m. At the Ashville First Baptist Church parking lot, and from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Corinth Baptist Church (Trussville) parking lot.

Members of both church youth groups will be washing cars by hand to raise funds for the Springville Pregnancy Care Center, which helps promote abstinence in youth as well as caring for young ladies facing an unplanned pregnancy.
