Martha Allred, age 89, were held on Monday, January 9, 2012 at 11 AM, at Kilgroe Funeral Home in Pell City.  Visitation was held one hour prior to the service.  Interment followed in the Cook Springs Baptist Church Cemetery.

Mrs. Allred flew away on Sunday, January 8, 2012.

Preceding her death is her husband of 54 years, Mr. Morris Guy Allred.

She is survived by four daughters, Carole Dickinson (Jim); Betty Gossett (Bill); Patsy Smith (Barry); and Cathy Burton.  She had twelve grandchildren and twenty-two great-grandchildren.  She is also survived by one sister, Vivian Payne.

She was a member of Cook Springs Baptist Church and her favorite past times was painting, and playing the piano.  She will be missed by all of her family.
